Brown water from borewell for few mintues & then fresh water, borewell 400 ft, casing upto 85 ft in Bangalore

Borewell depth is 400 feet, with casing upto 85 feet in Jaynagar, Bangalore. The bore is year old and even now the first two minutes when it is switched the water is brown in colour followed by fresh water. Need help with this problem.

1. Water with silt a common occurence in newly drilled borewell

Hi Vinay Kumar,

As your borewell is a newly drilled one, its common that in the beginning for a couple of years due to silt deposit the compressor motor is pulling water and as well as silt. Hence you are getting brown water for some time.
