2. A couple of years back a program called APUSP was taken up in Andhrapradesh wherein for a number of towns / cities Drainage System studies were taken up. Design standards were evolved and a manual was also available. May contact HMWSSB / PWD to get further details.
3. In my knowledge there is no specific software developed in the Indian context. Usually the local consultants develop their own Excel based spreadsheets which are widely used or they use the internationally accepted commercial software. In my view any commercial software well developed, can be utilised in the Indian context as well as the fundamentals are same.
4. For the design standards for pollutant concentration reduction in stormwater runoff. Please contact State Pollution Control board.
